Patinoarul cu o suprafaţă de 1.000 de metri pătraţi este amplasat în incinta parcului „Alexandru Ioan Cuza”, în zona Bisericii Maramureşene de pe str. Liviu Rebreanu. Patinoarul va fi deschis până în data de 1 martie 2016 şi va funcţiona în intervalul orar 10.00-22.00, accesul fiind gratuit.

Doctor Who is now considered a British Institute and has come a long way since it first aired on November 23rd 1963.
